Project Overview

Tasva is a contemporary ethnic menswear brand developed by Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd. in collaboration with Tarun Tahiliani. The objective of this rollout was to deliver consistent, premium retail environments that preserve craftsmanship-inspired aesthetics while remaining operationally efficient across diverse mall conditions nationwide.

EXECUTION HIGHLIGHTS
  • Precision Fixture Deployment: Installed custom shelving systems, display platforms, and garment bays aligned to brand-led proportions and merchandising logic.
  • Facade & Signage Execution: Delivered illuminated storefront branding and mall-facing identity integration across multiple locations.
  • Lighting Calibration: Balanced ambient and accent lighting to enhance textile texture, embroidery detailing, and color accuracy.
  • Modular Rollout Systems: Engineered repeatable fixture frameworks enabling rapid replication while adapting to varying mall footprints.
  • Mall-Night Installations: Coordinated site execution schedules, installation sequencing, and pre-opening readiness under tight launch timelines.
THE CHALLENGE

The primary challenge was preserving a couture-driven brand language while delivering stores at scale across diverse mall conditions. Every site presented variations in ceiling height, frontage width, and service constraints, requiring adaptive detailing without compromising design integrity.


Another critical factor was maintaining premium visual impact while ensuring durability, installation efficiency, and rollout speed — essential for multi-city expansion under structured timelines.
